ENPHE is pleased to respond to its members’ request for professional development in curriculum design, by offering a focused online workshop on curriculum alignment, learning outcomes, and assessment. Recognizing the importance of well-structured and outcome-driven education in physiotherapy, this workshop is tailored to meet the expressed needs of educators across Europe.
In collaboration with the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Iceland, this session provides practical tools and insights to help teachers improve the quality and coherence of their courses.

Description
The Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Iceland offers a practical workshop for teachers in Physiotherapy. The course will be taught online in English with a duration of 3 hours. The workshop is based on three components that focus on curriculum alignment, learning outcomes and assessment. The workshop will cover curriculum design, its characteristics, and why good planning from the start is important.
Participants will explore course structure and the significance of learning outcomes. The workshop will examine how learning outcomes, teaching methods, assignment descriptions, and assessment interconnect to form a cohesive outcome. Participants will work with their own courses. Teaching methods and assessment strategies that effectively engage students in learning will also be introduced.
