ENPHE Workshop 2026
!!!REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!
The ENPHE Workshop 2026 will be hosted and organized by the Fysioterapeutuddannelsen UCN (University College of Northern Denmark) in Aalborg, Denmark. This event spans three days, offering a diverse and enriching program. The first day, Thursday, April 16th, 2026, is dedicated to the Student Program and the ENPHE Board Meetings. On Friday and Saturday, April 17th and 18th, the focus shifts to the workshop itself, where ENPHE working groups will collaborate to advance their stated goals.
The overarching theme for this year's Workshop is "Community-Centered Physiotherapy: Bridging Research, Practice, Policy, and Health Technologies in Europe". This theme highlights the interconnection between research, practice, policy and technology, and how they impact each other and the evolving landscape of physiotherapy education. Key activities will include collaborative sessions and discussions aimed at driving meaningful advancements in the field.
As always, this event will not only be about professional growth but also about connecting with peers and enjoying the vibrant ENPHE community spirit. On Friday evening, we invite you to also register to join us for a memorable dinner and dance event, a perfect opportunity to unwind and celebrate together. Additionally, ENPHE sports activities will also be part of the Friday program, promoting the values of teamwork and physical well-being.
This workshop offers an excellent opportunity for networking, sharing ideas, and fostering collaboration among educators, students, and professionals in physiotherapy education. Whether you are an ENPHE member or a non-member, you are warmly invited to participate and contribute to strengthening connections among European Higher Education Institutions in this vital field.
We look forward to welcoming you to this inspiring event in April 2026!

Title: The AI-Powered Educator: A Hands-On Workshop for Teaching and Creating with AI
Aim:
Artificial Intelligence is no longer something to merely discuss or occasionally use; it is becoming an integrated part of how educators think, plan, and create. This workshop is designed for teachers and researchers who want to move beyond general introductions to Generative AI and focus on embedding it meaningfully into their daily educational and academic workflows.
We provide an update on recent developments and explore how GenAI can support student learning, enrich instructional design, and function as an active creative and cognitive partner rather than a standalone tool. Participants will examine concrete classroom examples, work through guided activities, and spend the afternoon applying GenAI to develop their own ideas, materials, and teaching strategies.
The workshop also includes a practical introduction to NotebookLM as a way to organise, interrogate, and work with complex information. We conclude with a critical reflection on the role of professional judgment: how to balance GenAI-assisted output with pedagogical intent, expertise, and the uniquely human contribution of the teacher.
This course will be facilitated by Jeroen Alessie.
